Sharp Palm Pain12/08/2008 |
I have a sharp pain in the palm of either hand. It occurs sometimes when I am reaching/ grasping for something (like the door handle or trying to pick something up)and also sometimes while I am in the "downward dog" stance of yoga (hands flat on the mat). It does not always happen and I cannot make it occur.
You need to see a neurologist to rule out carpal tunnel syndrome.
