Donor site of gum graft10/24/2008 |
I recently had a gum graft (about 3 weeks ago) and am doing well, however I was surprised to find that I have no feeling at the donor site. Will I ever regain feeling in this tissue in the roof of my mouth or is this numbness a permanent condition? Thanks in advance for your response.
Depending on the thickness of the graft tissue, it may take longer, but it should come back.
