Pain pills are not helping11/12/2008 |
my wife is going to be having a root canal. The pain is UNBEARABLE. the doc gave her some loratabs for the pain however they honestly do not help the pain what so ever. Is there anything else to take. Aleave, advil, tylenol don`t help either. any Novocaine tablets or something that can be purchased?
I'm sorry to hear that your wife is having so much pain. If the pain medication prescribed and over-the-counter medications are not working, she needs to speak with the endodontist or dentist that will be providing her care. It is possible that treatment could be done sooner or that another type of pain medication could be used.
