Menstrual period12/17/2008 |
when on your period is it normal to always have heavy bleeding and big blood clots that are very painful when they come out.
The normal menstrual cycle is less than 7 days in duration. Anything longer is abnormal. Your bleeding shouldn't be so heavy that you are passing clots or soiling your clothes. If you are having bleeding this severe, you should see your physician.
