Palate healing using Kanka12/12/2008 |
I had a free gingival graft a week ago. The graft looks good according to my dentist and so does the donor site. However, when I talk I keep scraping the donor site hard, it`s a big site with a sharp edge. At night it also wakes me up at times.Can a product like Kanka be used to put a layer over the site to protect it from the tongue ? Just like it does this for canker sores.
Try something with benzocaine in it - like Orabase.
