My 33 year old husband has been very busy with is work offlate and he is also studying along with that. He sleeps only 5 hrs these days. He seems very tired and less energetic. It`s terrible to watch. Can you suggest something that can boot his energy. Would you also suggest a vitamin that is essential for people of his age who are really busy and active. What are best food he can have that can boost his energy level plus that is good for his health/heart (he is very tensed these days so I am worried about is heart to0)? Thanks!
We cannot make any suggestions without examining him and his labs to be sure we do no harm. However, the FDA has recommended that everyone take a Centrum vitamin each day.
