Enlarged left ovary with cyst01/14/2009 |
I have been having pain in my ovary area for a few months and my dr. order an u/s and found i had an enlarged left ovary and 2 small cyst. And in nov. I also had 2 Menstrual cycles one at the begining of the month that was normal and the other at the end of the Nov. that was very light. My Dec. period was late and i am not pregnant. I`m 33 years what does all this mean?
Ovarian cysts can be from normal functional cysts that persist longer than they should. This can lead to irregular hormone levels and cause abnormal bleeding. That is about all I can say without more detailed information like your physician might have.
