01/12/2009

Question:

Can a person have seizures & blurred vision from occipital nerve damage ?

Answer:

Seizures come from electrical irritability in the cortex (outer surface) of the brain. The occipital nerve is a nerve that is involved in sensation along the neck and back of the head. It has nothing to do with seizures.
