Frequent cough and cold

01/21/2009

Question:

My husband gets cough and cold frequently; and when he gets them he gets so sick that he is unable to move. One time his cold changed to bronchitis and had to go to the emergency care. My question is what are the causes for a person to get cough and cold frequently. Does it mean he is defficient of some vitamins? What are the vitamins that he can take to prevent/ cure the cold and also the flu that is accompanied by it.

Answer:

In our work, it is the B-100 time-released b complex that often is reported to prevent this symptom complex.
