Hot, itchy hands02/18/2009 |
for the past 2 nights i have been unable to sleep. it is mainly my thumbs. they get very itchy and are very hot. I itch them but it dosent do any good and i do not get any relief. The next morning they are fine, no redness nothing. I have changed my diet recently mainly in my intake of vegetables. Dont know if this has anything to do with it. I would be very grateful if you could reply back to me. Thank you.
