Spine and Back Health
Radiating Pain Down My Right Leg
About two months ago I noticed severe pain in my lower back. I kickbox for exercise each morning for 30 minutes. I thought it was a result of poor stretching. Each morning the back is tight and painful right at the base of my spine. After exercise and stretching I generally feel better but have recently started having a sharp pain shoot down my rt leg, generally immobolizing me for 2-4 seconds. The pain seems to have moved to the right. At first it was just in the morning, but now I get them anytime I sit or lay for more than 5 minutes. Does this indicate something wrong with my spine?
Thank you for visiting NetWellness. On this site, we try to answer general questions about health but cannot diagnose or recommend treatment. You appear to have some very, very specific questions about your condition, which can only be answered properly by a physician who is familiar with your history, physical exam, and test results. Take care.
