Swollen tongue

Question:

I`ve noticed that after smoking during the day that my tongue feels swollen and too big for my mouth, could this be an alergic reaction to the tobacco?

Answer:

Certainly possible.  Tobacco smoke has 4000 chemical constituents.  However, this is the least of your worries.
