Reconstruction of my teeth

03/02/2009

Question:

I am a 25 year old female with really bad teeth. I am already missing some and was just recently imformed I need to get several more pulled. I was wondering if there is a way to pull all of my teeth in give me permanent fake teeth all around or what would be you suggestion to me or advice of what i should do. And by chance if you know some price ranges of any kind of sugery like this.

Thank you.

Answer:

There are ways of receiving permanent teeth when teeth are extracted; however, not everyone is a candidate. This is best decided by a prosthodontist and oral surgeon working as a team.

Most people benefit from a temporary denture that may be replaced by permanent teeth after healing. Fees vary so the estimate should be made after examination by a dentist.
