Hi i have severe pain in my gums at the back of my mouth and they are very red the pain is traveling down to the bottom of my mouth could you tell me why this is happenin and what it is thanks
Without examining your mouth, it would be impossible to say exactly what this is. If you are concerned, you should make an appointment to see an oral pathologist for evaluation.
