Smoking and Diverticulitis03/02/2009 |
My wife has recently been diagnosed with diverticulitis and had some of the diverticuli / pollops removed through quarterization. After having given up smoking, she restarted about 8 months ago. At the age of 49, can you confirm that her continuing to smoke will pose an increased risk to her medical condition.regards,
