Fish Oil and Omega 3 Supplement
It is said that fish oil which contains fatty acid and omega 3 is for reducing the blood triglyceride. When I consult the ingredient of the capsule, the ingredient contains saturated oil and as far as I remember, saturated oil is not good for cardio-vascular health and this is why it is recommended that we use cooking oil extracted from plant rather than from animal to prevent cardiac disease like hypertension and high blood fat.
Why does fish oil reduce blood fat if it contains saturated fat?
The EPA and DHA in fish oil substitutes in cell walls and allows cholesterol and saturated fats to enter cells to burn off as energy.
Plant oils do the opposite, preventing cholesterol and saturated fats from entering cells to burn off, leaving those substances behind in the blood, resulting in higher blood cholesterol levels.
