Healthy Weight for A Teenage Girl

What is a good weight for a 13 year old female who is 5`2``?

Answer:

Thanks for your question. A healthy weight for a girl your age is between 99-121 pounds. If you are very active and have more muscle mass than most teenagers, you may weigh more because muscle weighs more than fat. This is a good thing- so don`t worry about it if you weigh more than the weights I noted above.
