Normal SFEMG and seropositive ACHR

Question:

droopy eye(one eye only), swalling difficulty, voice problem,breathing difficulty, fatigue, seropostive ACHR and,normal SFEMG,CT,MRI.have hypothyroid, vitiligo.reflexes are abscent in lower limbs.droopy eye problem shows some improvement with mestinon.Can hypothyroid interfere SFEMG test ?

Answer:

I do not see how hypothyroidism could hide a SFEMG abnormality that would otherwise have been present. (It could conceivably yield an abnormal result in a patient without MG.) I hope this answers your question.
