does showering with salty water cause salty mouth i live in mexico and the water is salty.
It is not likely that your shower water affects the taste in your mouth. The body usually does a very good job at controlling the amount of salt in our blood and our saliva, even when what you drink is very salty.A salty taste, however, is sometimes described by patients with infected teeth (often with a draining sinus tract, also known as a parulis or gumboil) or patients with burning mouth syndrome. Your dentist would be the person to help you determine what may be causing or contributing to your salty mouth.
Good luck!
