Can Tamoxifen or Aromatase inhibitors benifit a person who has hereditary breast cancer, estrogen postive, and BRACA 1 postive?
As long as the cancer is estrogen receptor positive, tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors are effective. BRCA1 positive patients are more likely to have ER negative tumors, but when the tumor is positive, these are excellent therapies.
