Is it okay to do crunches and other ab exercises daily for better results or should they only be done every other day?


Muscles need time for recovery after a workout. Since activity (such as strength exercises) breaks down the muscle tissue, waiting for 24 hours after performing abdominal exercises is generally recommended before stressing the area again.
