Right upper lobe infiltrates

Question:

suspicious infiltrates are noted in the rightt upper lobe, what is the meaning of these, am i seek?

Answer:

There are many causes of infiltrates in the lung, such as infection, scarring (fibrosis) or inflammation.  Finding the cause often depends on the timing and nature of the symptoms and further testing such as  x-rays/CT scans, blood tests and sometimes test such as a bronchoscopy or a lung biopsy.  To determine the cause of your lung infiltrates, you should contact your physician for further evaluation.
