.3 PSA 2 Weeks Post Robotic Surgery

Question:

I wonder why my PSA was .3 after my surgery. Taken at 2 weeks. 1 out of 12 biopsies cancerous but when removed all borders clear and no other cancer than in the one area. Thank you!
