Help with diet

Question:

My husband had a heart attack 12 years ago and had a stent put in. Now he has Diabetes (Type 2)and just recently had a mild stroke. They want him on a low fat,carb and sodium diet.He can have 240 carbs a day and 1500 grams of salt per day but how many grams of fat a day? Thanks
