Crohn`s Disease and Oral Medications

Dear expert,

If someone has Crohn`s disease, what precaution should they observe with taking oral medications? Should they avoid taking oral medication as much as possible or only certain medication will aggrevate the condition? In general rule, what kind or class of medication should they avoid?
