Blood flow in legs08/03/2009 |
For a few years now I have the constant sensation of the blood flowing through my veins in my left leg near the inner ankle. I mainly notice when I`m sitting, but it happens all the time every 10 seconds or so. I`m 51 female with no known health problems, but 40 lbs overweight. Could I have a leg aneurysm causing partial blockage? Thanks for you reply.
Hello. This sounds like it could be venous reflux or insufficiency, which is very common and what leads to varicose veins. Ask your doctor for evaluation and consider seeing a vascular surgeon for this. Good Luck!
