Lack of Being Able to Ejaculate

Question:

I am 79 years old and have to take Muse and Cialis to complete intercourse. When we have intercourse it is very pleasant and successful but on a limited schedule of no more than two times per month. When I try to ejaculate more frequently during sex or masturbation I have no ejacultate or climax. My wife is 7 years younger and would like to have sex more often.
