Question:

What is the best antibiotic treatment for chronic mastoiditis and how long should the antibiotics be taken for ?

Answer:

The treatment for chronic mastoiditis is surgery. Either ear tubes and antibiotic drops (i.e. ciprodex) or a mastoidectomy.
