What can it signify if this ratio is Low (5)- urea Nitrogen is 4 md/dL?
Most likely, there's no problem. The creatinine level is perfectly normal (I gather it's 0.8), and the low BUN means that not much protein (or at least not much meat) is being consumed. As long as you (or whoever it is) are feeling well, are not malnourished, and have no other medical problems, there should be nothing to worry about here.
