HPV and Lesbians12/10/2009 |
I know hpv is an std, but I want to know how high the risk of catching it is during lesbian sex?
HPV can be transmitted through intimate contact, especially warts. Although the incidence of warts and cervical HPV related disease is less in lesbians, there certainly is a risk of transmitting the virus. Often there is a history of heterosexual experience.
