Lump Under Eye Lid01/11/2010 |
I have a lump developing under my upper eye lid in the outermost corner of the socket. A month ago I noticed a sensation that something was in the corner of my eye but could not physically feel it. Two weeks ago I experienced a swollen upper eye lid with a slight redness which lasted approximately 4 days. After this went away I discovered the lump in the upper corner of the eye. It does not seem to be on the eyeball itself.
See your eye doctor. This could be an embedded foreign object, a lid infection, or an early skin cancer.
