Whenever I have my period, my urine turns into a color similar to apple juice and gives off a strong, sweet smell. I am really concerned. This problem only happens when I have my period. What does this mean? Does this mean that I have to have my hormones checked? Could this indicate diabetes? What does this mean?
Interesting question. This is difficult to evaluate given the information you've provided and without examining the urine. Diabetes is usually manifested by frequent urination, weight loss, extreme thirst and increased appetite. If you are concerned, it is important for you to ask your health care provider about it.Hope this helps.
