Lately, whenever I eat any corn totillas, chips, etc., I get foul-smelling belches. It feels like all the gas is backing up instead of me being able to pass gas. I thought I had it narrowed down to corn products, but I do this other times also. I am currently taking Nexium for GERD. What could this be caused from?
A multitude of problems can cause this but reflux disease is most common of which Nexium should help. Give it a few months before giving up on it. If problems persist, see a GI specialist.
