Question:

i have pain n my right toe well not my toe but joint right under my toe what is it and what can ido

Answer:

There are several injuries which may occur to the toe. Both turf toe (an irritation of the joint) and sesmoiditis (inflammation of the tiny bones under your toe) may cause toe pain.

Ice as a general rule is good for inflammation and pain. It is difficult to give more specific instructions without knowing your mechanism of injury or length of pain. It is important to see your physician for a complete diagnosis.
