Can one take Comtan only in the morning with the first two doses of Sinemet and not during the rest of the day because only the Sinemet in the morning wears off ahead of time?
Comtan has to be taken with carbidopa/levodopa (Sinemet). It is often used with every dose, but it can be added to only a few doses of the day.
