Abdominal Pain

Question:

For the past two months I have been receiving an uncomfortable sharp pain to the lower left part of my rib cage. This only occurs when I stretch. There is no swelling or bruise marks. I cannot figure out whether the pain is infront or behind my rib cage. I am eating a healthy diet but over induldging in the alcohol, at the moment.
