High Creatinine Levels03/09/2010 |
I am a male of 47. Me and my ex-girl (she is 30) have to take weekly UA`s as a part of child custody. My levels are in the 200`s. Hers always range from the high 30`s to no more than 50. Why is it so far off. She drinks some, but I don`t drink at all. Am I at a risk of something or is she?
If you are referring to the creatinine in the urine then this can be affected by your muscle mass (men usually have more muscle then women) and by how concentrated your urine is (for instance, if you drink a lot of water prior to the test your urine creatinine will be lower).
