I hate doing situps; can you reccomend another way to work on my abs? thanks
Thanks for using Net Wellness! If crunches are something that you do not enjoy, there are many other ways to work your abs. My best suggestion is to purchase a book on Pilates, or Core Strengthening. I am not able to explain all these exercises in writing due to their detail, but Pilates particularly really works all your abdominal muscles in many different ways other than crunches. I hope this helps.
