Braces Back On03/18/2010 |
i just had my braces removed a week ago but i am unhappy with the results. my openbite is opening back up and one of my 2 front teeth are not aligned with the others. i have been wearing my temporary retainers faithfully. my question is how common is it to ask the orthodontist to put the braces back on after being off for 1 week and are there usually additional charges to do so?
I certainly would make my concerns known to the doctor as soon as possible.
The orthodontist wants the best result possible but I do not know what (if any) are the causes. A frank discussion of the options is in order.
