H.PYLORI and Intestional Permerability

Question:

Does the H.PYLORI stomach bacteria cause intestional permeability, and would this cause the H.PYLORI to get into the blood stream? If this happenned, how would it be diagnosed? And is PRILOSEC a good medicine to help with the burning pain in the stomach?
