Can long term use of Sinemet (or too much dosage) cause drooling?
Drooling is typically due to progression of Parkinson's disease and particularly caused by less overall facial/mouth movements. This can be helped by performing daily facial expression, tongue, and voice exercises. Chewing gum or hard candy can also help as it stimulates swallowing reflexes.
