Pancreatic Cancer

Atypical Cells

04/16/2010

Question:

My Dad recently had a biopsy done on a cyst in his pancreas. The results came back atypical cells. The Dr. is suggesting to possibly wait 3 months and do another biopsy or see a surgeon to remove it. He is questionable about the surgery because of my Dad`s age. He is a 75 year old man in good shape. Do you have any advise for us?
