Hi, summers n humid season has been started..i want some healthy dietery routine for skin n hairs..i have very oily skin n skin tend to tan alot due to sun rays..also need to know any remedy for prickly heat n too much sweating due to hot weather..expt this i dont have any health problem
This can be due to too much seeds and nuts in the diet plus poultry, flax, soy, avocados. These people do have a health problem and need some monocyte tests by their doctor, plus a vitamin D level.
