Gamma Protein Does Not Recover Fast Enough

05/03/2010

Question:

Please explain what promotes "gamma protein" growth, in blood. I eat within reason, take some of the best nutritional supplements.

Answer:

I am not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say “gamma protein growth”, but in general there are no dietary supplements that would promote the growth of one specific protein in the body. Rather good general nutrition will result in normal protein production typically in the correct proportions that are required.
