Sunburn like Rash with Menopause05/12/2010 |
i am going through menopause and it started out that i would get a little red around my eyes if i ate anything with tomato in it. and then it started to become like a sunburn all over my face once a month while i was/should be on my period. it would spread and come and go like a rash but was very dry and painful like a sunburn. now it happens whenever i eat fruit or dairy products. do you have any idea what this could be? i have been to three doctors, an allergist, and a pharmacist, whom i am on hormone creams with, and all have said they have never seen anything like it. is it because of my menopause or is it a dermatology issue? thanks!
This is not a hormonal issue. It honestly sounds like an allergy.
