my period comes every 21 days i just finished 4 one day started back up again why

Answer:

I'm going to try to respond to your question, but I'm not 100% sure that I understand it.  Here's what I think: you've been having 21 day cycles. Now you just finished a period (that may have lasted 4 days), and now you are having another? If that is correct, here is a response.

When you become perimenopausal, as you may be at 46, periods can become very erratic: longer or shorter periods, longer or shorter time between periods, lighter or heavier flow, etc.  The "why" is because of your decreasing hormone levels and lack of ovulation that will eventually result in stopping your periods completely. Hope this helps.
