White Tiny Dots/Spots in Mouth05/24/2010 |
Few days back, I noticed small white dots on the inner of my cheeks (inside the mouth). They are on both the cheeks. There is not burning sensation or irritation. They are large in numbers (hundreds). Could you please advise what shall I do? Regards.
