Single Breast Shrinkage06/04/2010 |
I have always had different sized breasts due to surgery at birth with my left being larger than my right. Recently however my right breast has shrunk significantly but my left is still the same. I have no pain or any other change in the breast. What would cause this? Could it be beacuse my right ovary was removed 7 months ago?
The decrease in estrogen from removal of an ovary can cause some breast shrinkage. Regardless of the cause, it can be reversed.
