My daughter loses her voice and wants to know if she can take Theraflu, throat lozengers, and Chloraseptic together?
Theraflu may contain an antihistamine, a decongestant, a cough suppressant and acetaminophen for fever. There are several formulations of Theraflu with different combinations of these ingredients.
Theraflu should be compatible with Chloraseptic spray as well as most over-the-counter throat lozenges. Chloraseptic spray contains phenol as the active ingredient.
Avoid using throat lozenges that also contain phenol. Throat lozenges containing menthol can be used with Chloraseptic.
