Retainer07/12/2010 |
i got my braces off on mon and then got my retainer on thurs. i got a clear retainer and a metal retainer and was told to wear the metal retainer most of the time. when i have the metal reatainer in it doesnt feel very tight. also the metal bar going across the front of my teeth does not go straight across my teeth. it is lower on one side of my mouth. im afraid that my teeth will move . does it take awhile for a retainer to fit properly or should i go back to my orthodontist?
You need to go back to your orthodontist and have the metal retainer checked for fit.
